AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements Under Fairmont Avenue Water -main. Sylvia Drive
to Tokay Street Contract
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements in
"Fa rmont Avenue Watermain, Sylvia Drive to Tokay Street", and direct the Public
Works Director to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Amerine Systems, Inc., of
Oakdale, on April 1, 1987, 4n the amount of $26,684.00. The contract has been
completed in substantial con`ormance with the plans and specifications approved by
the City Council.
The contract completion date was June 23, 1987, and the actual completion date is
June 10, 1987. The final contract price was !26,684.00.
