The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifcations approved by the City Council. The contract completion date with extensions for winter was May 28, 1987, and the actual completion date is June 4, 1987. The final contract price was $ 67,423.00. The difference between the contract amount and the final contract price is mainly due to differences in actual field measurement compared to office desigh. Jk L.
