BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The reconstruction of Church Street between Lockeford and Turner was approved in the 80-81 Capital improvement Budget with an estimated expenditure of $555,000.00. Planters on both sides of the street will be eliminated to provide a street width of 48 feet as approved by the City Council on May 6, 1981. In general, the work consists of reconstructing approximately 2800 lineal teet of street including replacement of curb, gutter and sidewalk, catch basins, storm drain laterals, street lights and miscellaneous Pad incidental work.
