PGandE also requests authority to establish an Electric Revenue Adjustment Mechanism (ERAM) rate in accordance with Public Utilities Commission Decision No. 93887, and to establish an Annual Energy Rate in accord- ance with Decision No. 92496. The requested August 1 rate adjustments would decrease electric revenues about 4 percent or approximately $158 million for the 12 -month period beginning August 1, 1982. The ECAC and other rate adjustments will not raise PGandE's Electric Department rate of return above the level of 12.2 percent last found reasonable for PGandE's Electric Department by the California Public Utilities Commission. This notice is given in accordance with Rule 24 of the revised Rules of Practice and Procedure of the California Public Utilities Commission.
