SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENTS AND
STREETS IN
LAKESHORE VILLAGE
UNIT NO. 2 AND
NO. 3
Council was apprised that the improvements in Lake-
shore Village, Unit No. 2, have been completed in
substantial conformance with the requirements of the
subdivision agreement between the City of Lodi and
the Grupe Communities, Inc., dated April 6, 1983 and
as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council.
Further, Council was apprised that the improvements
in Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 3 have been completed
in substantial conformance with the requirements of
the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi
and Grupe Communities, Inc., dated August 11,
1983 and as specifically set forth in the pinns and
specifications approved by the City Council.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
Subdivision Improvements and streets included in Tract Map No. 1838, Lakeshore
Village Unit No. 2.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 2 , have
been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision
Agreement between the City of Lodi and Grupe Communities, Inc., dated April 6, 1983,
and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the
City Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
Subdivision Improvements and streets included in Tract Map No. 1838, Lakeshore
Village Unit No. 2.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVDIENTS
AND STREETS INCLUDED IN TRACT MAP NO., 1838, LAKESHORE
VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 2 AND TRACT MAP NO. 1851, LAKESHORE
VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 3
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of
the City of Lodi have been complied with in connection with
the improvements of Tract Map No. 1838, which map was filed
April 13, 1983 in Volume 26, Page 68, Book of Records, San
Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter
has not been revoked.

Further, the City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
