Ham Lane so as to expand Ashley Place and erect an office building. The Lot Line Adjustment is being requested in order that the entire Ashley Place project is on the same parcel and the future office building is on a separate parcel. RES. NO. 85-60 Council adopted Resolution No. 85-60 approving a lot line adjustment between 1321 South Fairmont Avenue and 1330 South Ham Lane, Lodi. CIL C011 MUNICATION.�- RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 85-59 approving a Lot. Line Adjustment between 1321 South Fairmont Avenue and 1330 South Ham Lane. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The owners of Ashley Place, an ambulatory care facility, located at 1321 South Fairmont Avenue have purchased the parcel at 1330 South Ham Lane so as to expand Ashley Place and erect an office building. The Lot Line Adjustment is being requested in order that the entire Ashley Place project is on the same parcel and the future office building is on a separate parcel. Ham La•.ie The Lodi Community Development Department has completed its review of your request on behalf of Harry N. Ilgenfritz for a Lot Line Adjustment between 1321 South Fairmont Avenue (APN 031-070-33) containing 1.54 acres, and 1330 South Nam Lane (APN 031-070-19) containing .92 acres, in an area zoned R -C -P. Residential -Commercial -Professional District. At the Lodi City Council meeting of Wednesday, June 5, 1985 the City Staff will recommend the approval of this Lot Line Adjustment with the following conditions:. 1. that sidewalk be installed along the South Ham Lane frontage; 2. that public utility easements, as required by the various utility companies and the City of Lodi, be dedlZated; 3, that the developer pay all appropriate fees in effect at time of Final Map filing or issuance of Building Permit and enter into all applicable agreements; 4. that Parcel "A" receive water and sewer services from the northwest corner of the Parcel; and 5. that Parcel "B" use existing sewer and water services. Reimche City Clerk AMR: jj Enc. 4 y< RESOLUTION NO. 85-60 RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN 1321 SOUTH FAIRMONT AVENUE AND 1330 SOUTH HAM LANE, LODI, CALIFORNIA RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does, pursuant to Government Code Section 66412, approve the Lot Line Adjustment between 1321 South Fairmont Avenue and 1330 South Ham Lane, Lodi, California, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof. Dated: June 5, 1985 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 85-60 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held June 5, 1985 by the following vote: Ayes: Council Members - Olson, Snider, and Hinchman (Mayor) Noes: Council Members - None Absent: Council Members - Pinkerton and Reid Abstain: Council Members - None Alice M.
