BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At its April 3, 2013, meeting, the City Council directed the City Clerk to post for vacancies and expiring terms on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission. Due to the fact that too few applications were received, it is recommended that the following vacancies be re - posted for another 30 -day period. The Youth Commission meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Cottage Room at Hutchins Street Square and consists of 1 City Council representative and 6 adult advisors serving 3 -year terms and 9 student members serving 2 -year terms. Applications are now being accepted to fill one (1) adult advisor vacancy, which is due to expire May 31, 2016, four (4) student vacancies, which are due to expire May 31, 2015 and three (3)--student-vacancies-,--which are due to expire May 31, 2014.
