with the Mayor's determination to do away with the
presentation of Proclamations and that he would
have appreciated being informed prior to the final
decision. Councilman Katnich further stated
that he took exception to comments in a recent
news article that stated that people who run
for City Council usually have a pet project or
goal. Councilman Katnich stated that he doesn't
want anyone speaking for him --that this isn't
why he ran for Council.
