Hj t ORDINANCE NO. 1262 AN ORDINANCE O: i'. C'.C.sY COU,�CL ` iT Cl AMENDING ARTICLE V (STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING) OF CHAPTER 14 (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) OF THE LODI CITY CODE. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lodi as follows: Section 1. Article V (Stopping, Standing and Parking) of Chapter 14 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) of the Lodi City Code is hereby amended by adding a new Section to read as follows: "Section Standing or Parking Restrictions. "(a) The City Council, by resolution shall designate standing or parking restrictions within the City of Lodi, and the city engineer shall be authorized to erect signs, or curb markings in areas so designated.by resolution of the city council of the City of Lodi. "(b) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on any of the streets designated by resolution as streets upon which parking is restricted, fc.r a length of time greater than that set out in any such resolution and indi- cated on such signs or curb markings." 11 ORDINANCE NO. 1263 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAVTER 2 (ADMINISTRATION), ARTICLE I (COUNCIL MEETINGS AND PROCEDURE), SECTION 2-9 (ORDER OF BUSINESS) , THEREBY REVISING THE ORDER OF BUSINESS AS SETl TORT"?, BE IT ORDAINED by the Lodi City Council as follows: SECTION 1. Section 2-9 (Order of Business) of Article I (Council Meetings and Procedure) of Chapter 2 (Administration) of the Lodi City Code is hereby amended so that the order of business shall be as follows: (a) Roll call; (b) Invocation; (c) Pledge of Allegiance; (d) Presentations (1) Awards, (2) Proclamations; (e) Reports of City Manager; (1) Consent Calendar; (f) Public Hearings; (g) Planning Commission; (h) Communications (City Clerk); (i) Comments by City Council Members; (j) Comments by the Public on Non -Agenda Items; (k) Regular Calendar; (1) Ordinances; (m) Adjournment
