As a former city official, I am generally opposed to binding arbitration, particularly when it is forced on local government by the Legislature. There are a muter of bills dealing with this issue affecting various segments of the public workforce, and I intend to keep the foregoing in mind when any of these bills come before me for a vote. If I can provide you any additional information, please call on me. Best regards. Sincerely, Phillip Isenberg"
