BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City advertises for Rock and Sand Material on a yearly basis. This bid will cover Rock and Sand Material needed during the fiscal year July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1°84. CLAVES, City Manager FILE 40. -_"O TNCIL C )AIMUNICATI..4 TO THE CITY COUNCIL DATE FROM: THE CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE May 25, 1983 SUBJECT: SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE-PHASE PADMOUNT TRANSFORMERS (UD -E83-7) Specifications for the purchase of two 225 KVA, one 500 KVA and one 750 KVA three-phase padmount transformers are presented for Council's approval and *permission to advertise for bids is requested. The bid opening date ias been set for Tuesday, June 28, 1983. The transformers will be utilized to serve Ham & Tokay Office Complex, Wine Country Plaza and Lucky Store.
