COUNCIL COMMUNICATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map
and subdivision documents for Tract No. 1609, Beckman Ranch Unit #5,
and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to sign the subdivision
agreements and map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Guarantee Savings, the developers of Beckman
Ranch Unit 5, have furnished the City with the necessary agreements,
improvement securities and fees for the proposed subdivision. This
is •a 37 -lot residential subdivision containing approximately 8.9 acres
and it is located or, the west side of Ham Lane, across from the Tokay
H:gh School ropety.
