COUNCIL COMMUNICATION RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map and subdivision documents for Tract No. 1609, Beckman Ranch Unit #5, and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to sign the subdivision agreements and map on behalf of the City. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Guarantee Savings, the developers of Beckman Ranch Unit 5, have furnished the City with the necessary agreements, improvement securities and fees for the proposed subdivision.
