CABLE APPF&YVED r-buncil, on motion of Council Member Murphy, Snider second,
approved specifications for the purc.ese of 600 -volt XLP
Triplex Cable and authorized the Purchasing Agent to
advex'-ise for bids thereon.
City Manager Glaves presented the following bids which had
been received for various o dmounnt transfoxmers as follcws:

Council Mmber Pinkerton posed the questions as to whether
the padm-A-,nt transformers bid were foreign or domestic
produced. A lengthy discussion followed with questions
b(Ang directed to Staff and to the City Attorney.
