RE: Lot Line Adjustment - 440 E. Kettleman Lane
and 1409 Voelker Drive
The Lodi Community Development Department has completed its review
of your request for a Lot Line Adjustment between 440 East Kettle -
man Lane and 1409 Voeiker Drive in an area zoned C-2, General
Commercial.
At the t�di City Council meeting of Wednesday, May 16, 1984 the
City Sta�f will recommend approval of this project with the
following conditions:
1. that public utility easements as required by the various
utility companies and the City of Lodi be dedicated;
2. that the owner/developer pay all appropriate fees in
effect at time of map filing or issuance of Building
Permit and enter into all applicable agreements;
3. that sidewalk be installed, or guarantee thereof, before
filing of the City Council Resolution and the new legal
descriptions; and

RESMVPD, by the City Council of the City of Lodi that
pursuant to Government Code Section 66412, the lot line adjustment
between 440 East Kettleman Lane and 1409 Voelker Drive, Lodi (i.e.
Assessors Parcel No. 057-180-13 and 057-180-14) as shown on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof is hereby approved.

City of Lodi in a regular meeting held May 16, 1984
