ADOPTED
Ordinance No. 1310 - Ordinance tmending P -O (1) - Planned
Development District No. 1 by reducing the size of a 5.6
acre shopping center to provide 3.1 acres of commercial and
2.5 acres for multiple fairly residents at 20 units per acre
at the :southeast corner of West lamer Roar: and L wer
Sacramento Road (i.e. 2430 West 'Ilirner Road) and Certifying
that the filing of a Negative Declaration by the Camamtty
DevelopmEnt Director was adoquate for this project having
been introduced at a regular meeting of the Lodi City
Council held May 2. 1984 was brought up for passage on
motion of Mayor Pro Tempore ilinchman. Olson second. Second
reading of the Ordinance was then ami t t ed after re.^. _1 i ng by
title. and the Ordinance was then adopted mid ordered to
print by the following vote:
Ayes: Council kiambers - iiinehman. Reid. Olson
Pinkerton & Snider (Mayor)
Noes: CoLmci1 Members - None
Absent: Council b'imbers - None
Abstain: Counei1 Nkwbers - None
ORDINANCE NO. 1310
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OYFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY AMENDING PD (1)
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 BY REDUCING
THE SIZE OF A 5.6 ACRE SHOPPING CENTER TO
PROVIDE 3.I ACRES OF CO5%1ERCIAL AND 2.5 ACRES
FOR MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTS AT 20 UNITS PER
ACRE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST TURNER
ROAD AND LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD, LODI, CALIFORNIA
(i.e. 2430 WEST TURNER ROAD, LODI)
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. - The Official District Map of the City of
Lodi adopted by Section 27-2 of the City Code of the City of
Lodi is hereby amended by amending PD (1) Planned Development
District No. 1 by reducing the size of a 5;6 acre shopping
center to provide 3.1 acres of commercihl And 2.5 acres for
multiple family residents at 20, units per acre at the
southeast corner of West Turner Road= and Lower Sacramento
Road, Lodi, California (i.e. 2430 West Turner Road, Lodi)
Section 2. - The Negative Declaration for this project
as filed by the Community Development Director is hereby
certified as adequate environmental documentation for the
project.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said
Official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forthlj
have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the
City Council of this City after public hearings held in
conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the
City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California
applicable thereto.
Section 3. - All ordinances and part's of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may
exist.

Section 4. - This ordinance shall be published one
s time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi
and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and
after its passage and approval.

Olson, and Snider (Mayor)
Noes: Council Member - None
Absent: Council Member - None
Abstain: Council Member - None
