cost to the City. The subdivider will be constructing a
portion of the G -Basin and the muster drain line. An
t agreement has been prepared under which these improvements
will be c red i t ed toward t hQ mtzs t e r drain fees due f "an this
subdivision. This agreem!nt is similar to the one for the
Lodi Park West Area and includes provisions for repayment
from other land in the G -Basin Area as it develops.

COUNCIL COMMUNICATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the Master Storm Drain Agree-
ment for the Meadows Subdivision and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to
sign on behalf ;L ,:.e City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION With the development of the Meadows Subdivision, the
subdividers are required to provide master storm drain facilities for their
development at no cost to the City.. The subdivider will be constructing a
portion of the G -Basin and the master drain line. An agreement has been pre-
pared under which these improvements will be credited toward tke master drain
fees due -from this subdivison, This agreement is similar to the one for the
Lodi Park West Area and includes provisions for repayment from other land in
the G -Basin A a as it develops.
