BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In general the work consists of construction of 3W1 nea feet—o7 curb, gutter and sidewalk, including driveways. The project Is being funded in part by the previous owner of the Almond Drive Mobile Home Park and partly with City funds in accordance with an agreement entered into in 1961. With development proposed across the street and con- struction to the west already complete, it is in order to proceed with the work at this time.
