The Coal Water Program Adjustment (CPA) is proposed to become effective on July 1, 1981. The proposed adjustment procedure would increase electric lifeline rates $0.00030 per.kilowatt-hour; residential tier II rates $0,00041 per kwht residential tier III rates $0.00057 per kwhi and non- residential rates -$0.0003& per kms. PGandE proposes to revise the CPA rate:annually on April 1 of each year or as soon thereafter as the Commission":may authorize. The State, the counties, the municipal corporations, and other parties interested in the above-mentioned filing will be furnished a copy of Application No. 60412 with related exhibits, upon written request made to PGandE, 77 Beale Street, San'Francisco, California 94106, Attention: Robert Ohlbach, Associate General Counsel. This notice is given in accordance with Rule 24 of the revised Rules of Practice and Procedure of the California Public Utilities Commission.
