BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that: 1. The records heretofore identified are no longer required. 2. The City Council of the City of Lodi finds that the City Attorney has given his written consent to the destruction of the heretofore described records and the destruction of these records is hereby authorized. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Attached is a list of files, all of which are in excess of flve years o d, that we would like to dispose of. The majority of the information contained in these files deals with specific projects listed in the files and contains routine correspondence, quantity estimates, payment records, etc. Original plans for all the work is being retained.
