C AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, AND THEREBY CHANGING THE TIME OF HOLDING REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LODI CITY COUNCII. AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 2 - Administration, Article I, Council Meetings and Procedure, Section 2-1 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section Regular meetings - Time of holding. "Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at L'_, P.M. In case the meeting day falls upon a legal holiday, then the regular meeting which otherwise would have occurred on that day shall be held on the first business day thereafter at the hour of P.M. In ease the regular meeting falls on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, then the regular meeting which otherwise would have occurred on that day stealI be held on the first business day thereafter at the hour of P.M." - 1 - El SECTION _I1. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. SECTION III. This ordinance shall be published one time In the "Lodi News Sentinel". a daily newspaper of general circulation, printed and pubiished in the City of Lodi and shall be in -orce and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
