NO. 86-59 Council was apprised that the MOU with the Police Officers Association of Lodi calls for an across the board CC -34 salary increase equal to 755 of the change in the CPI for urban wage earners and clerical workers, U.S. City Average, measured from August 1985 to February 1986. The August 1985 index was 319.6 and the February index 1986 is 323.2, an increase of 1.138. 758 of the increases of 1.13% equals .85%. Council adopted Resolution No. 86-59 rescinding Resolution No. 86-48 and authorizing a salary increase of .85% for Police officers effective April 7, 1986. G"UNCII.
