Pine Street RECOMMENDEC ACTION: That the Citv Council adopt a resolution accepting the ;)ff-site improvements at 130! E. Pine Street. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In September of 1983, the City approved an Improvement Deferral Agreement with Larry Anderson, et al. for their development at 1301 E. Pine Street. (This development now includes 1241, 1301 and 1321 E. Pine Street.) All of the off-site improvements which were deferred under this agreement have been installed. In order that all parties would be aware of the Improvement Deferral Agreement if the property was sold, the agreement was recorded. The resolution of acceptance will now be recorded so that this encumbrance will not show on title reports. Jack`�L. PINE STREET The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: That all requirements of the Improvement Defcrral Agreement recorded December 22, 1983, in Instrument No. 83090935, San Joaquin County Records, have been complied with. The improvements are on the following described property: Parcel "A" of the Parcel Map filed in Book 7, Page 13, San uoaquin County Records, December 15, 1978. Dated: April 15, 1987 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 87-46 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held April 15, 1987, by the following vote: Ayes: Council Members - Hinchman, Pinkerton, Reid, Snider and Olson (Mayor) Noes: Council Members - None Absent: Council Members - None ALICE M.
