ICN FIX- Council was reminded that the Lodi City Council at its regular ,!Ca FEES RR meeting of February 20, 1983 adopted Ordinance No. 1345 which ;jYj LARY AMID establishes and provides for the regulation of burglary and p(TOE€l,Y ALAIM robbery alarm systems within the city of Lodi. Further, the c;'YSM1]S PEM4ITS subject Ordinance provides that upon application for an alarm •111TIUN THE permit, the applicant shall pay a fee as established by (;1'frY OF LLDI resolution of the City Council.
