OVN RSHIP CN HARNEY LANE The execution of this agreement would then make the County SANITARY fully responsible for the_ proper closure for all of the LANDFILL existing Harney Lane Landfill and for any future maintenance or APPROVED monitoring as required by the State's. Solid Waste Management Board. Since the City of Lodi is not set up to do long-term maintenance or monitoring on this type of facility, it is felt that it is :n the best interest of the City to transfer ownership of the Harney Lane Landfill property to the County of San Joaquin.
