Dear Gail:
Please be advised that the Lodi City Council, in action taken at
its April 3, 1985 Regular Meeting, appointed Utility Director Henry
Rice to serve as the City's alternate designated representative for
the Transmission Agency of Northern California (TANC).
It is my understanding that it will not be necessary at this time
for Mr. Rice to make a Conflict of Interest filing. Please advise
if this assumption is not correct.
Very truly yours,
Alice M. Reimche
