The Ordinance further provides that a corm-*ercial alarm permit
holder whose system directly connects with the Lodi Police
Department shall pay to the City on or before January I of each
year, a fee as establ:,;hed by resolution of the City Council.
It is Staff's recommendation that a one-time fee of' $25.00
effective July 1, 1985 be established for application for an
alarm permit, and that effective inmediately a fee of $60.00
each year be established for the Comr.iercial Alarm permit holder
with direct connection to the Lodi Police Department.
Following disciission, with questions being directed to Staff,
Council, on nx>tion of Council Member Reid, Hinclgnan second,
adopted Resolution No. 85-45 - A Resolution of the Lodi City
Council Fixing Fees for Burglary and Robbery Alarm Systems
Permits Within the City of Lodi as heretofore set forth.
RESOLUTION NO. 85-45
A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL FIXING FEES FOR
BURGLARY AND ROBBERY ALARM SYSTEMS PERMITS WITHIN THE
CITY OF LODI
WHEREAS, the Lodi City Council at its regular meeting held
February 20, 1985 adopted Ordinance No. 1345, which establishes and
provides for the regulation of burglary and robbery alarm systems
within the City of Lodi; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that upon application for
alarm permit, the applicant shall pay a fee as established by
resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that a commercial alarm
permit holder whose system directly connects with the Lodi Police
Department, shall pay to the City on or before January 1 of each
year a fee as established by resolution of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall be
the fees as above required:
