Council was apprised that the MOU with the Police
Officers Association of Lodi calls for an across the board
salary increase equal to 75% of the change in the CPI
measured frcm August 1985 to February 1986. The August
index was 319.6 and the February index is 327.5, an
increase of 2.58. 758 of the increase of 2.58 equals 1.9%.
Council adopted Resolution No. 86-48 author;.aing salary
increases of 1.98 to all sworn police officers effective
April 7, 1986. _

RESOLUTION NO. 86-48
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALARY INCREASES
OF 1.9% TO ALL SWORN POLICE OFFICERS
EFFECTIVE APRIL 7, 1986
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Lodi does hereby authorize salary increases of 1.98 to all
sworn police officers which increase will be effective
April 7, 1986.
