APRIL I, 1987 LAND USE ELEMENT AMENDMENT GPA -LU -87-1 RECOMMENDED ACTION: At its meeting of Monday, March 9, 1987, the Lodi City Planning Commission recommended that the Lodi City Council amend the Land Use Element of the Lodi General Plan (GPA -LU -87-1) by redesignating 1340 South Pleasant Avenue from Medium Density Residential to Commercial. BACKGROUND: The structure at 1340 South Pleasant Avenue is located at the northeast corner of South Pleasant and Kettleman Lane and is the site of a single-family dwelling.
