The Planning Commission - ITEMS OF 1. Approved the request of Lew Bishop, INTEREST Preszler--Bishop Architects, on behalf of Leland E. Burns for a Use Permit to allow construction of four light industrial buildings for lease purposes at 803 through 827 North Sacramento Streets (Lots 10 through 13) in the Sanguinetti Park Subdivision, in an area zoned P -D (17), Planned Develop- ment No. 17 2. Determined that a Zoning Hardship existed and approved the request of Carla Perez Rexius for a Vatiance to reduce the minimum lot width from 50' to 47.75' to permit: additional units on an existing lot. at 610 worth Schoc,l Street., in an area zoned R -11D, Residential High Density. 3. Recommended that the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approve the request of J.W.
