The Planning Commission -
ITEMS OF 1. Approved the request of Lew Bishop,
INTEREST Preszler--Bishop Architects, on behalf
of Leland E. Burns for a Use Permit
to allow construction of four light
industrial buildings for lease purposes
at 803 through 827 North Sacramento
Streets (Lots 10 through 13) in the
Sanguinetti Park Subdivision, in an
area zoned P -D (17), Planned Develop-
ment No. 17
2. Determined that a Zoning Hardship
existed and approved the request of
Carla Perez Rexius for a Vatiance to
reduce the minimum lot width from
50' to 47.75' to permit: additional
units on an existing lot. at 610 worth
Schoc,l Street., in an area zoned R -11D,
Residential High Density.
3. Recommended that the San Joaquin
County Planning Commission approve
the request of J.W. Duncan, (California
Professional Properties) for a 128
residential subdivision - Planned Unit
Development in Woodbridge Greens,
located on the north side of Mokelumne
Street, between Chestnut and Orange
Streets in the town of Woodbridge„

1. Approved the request of Lew Bishop, Preszler-Bishop Architects,
on behalf of Leland E. Burns for a Use Permit to allow construction
of four light Industrial buildings for lease purposes at 803 through
827 North Sacramento Streets (Lots 10 through 13) in the Sanguinetti
