SUWECT:proposal for design services for the Lodi Community Center in Lodi
received from the Lotti Design Grow
Council recently received a proposal for design services
for the Lodi. Community Center in Lodi from the Lodi
Design Group.
At the March 18, 1981 Council Meeting, Council approved
the proposal in concept and directed the City Attorney
to prepare a contract covering the proposal
The City Attorney is in the process of preparing a
letter agreement covering the provisions included in
the proposal.
The design payment schedule is being discussed and
should be worked out in the next few days.
Recommended Action
Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute,
on behalf of the City, letter agreement with the Lodi
Design Group for design service for the Lodi Community
Center in Lodi.

The General Plea Document will be in the foxes of a booklet for the ease of distribution.
We wil! provide thirty (30) copies of this document as part of the contract. In addition,
we will provide our support graphics. There will be scale drawings for your use as
graphic displays.
The total fee for the above mentioned services shall be $58,550°00 (Fifty-eight thousand
five hundred fifty dollars) •
