Unit No. 7, 8.049 acre, 34 -lot single-family development
located on Lakeshore Drive, south of Kettleman Lane in am
area zoned P -D (21), Planned Development District No. 21.
3. Approved the Tentative Subdivision Nifip of Tokay West, a
one -lot camnercial condominium project proposed for 1117
West Tokay Street in an area zoned R -C -P,
Residential-Cdnmcrcial-Professional, and certified the
filing of a Negative Declaration by the Carmviity
Dove1opment Director as adequate environmental documentation
on this ",itter.
4. Reccinnerxied that the San Joaquin County Planning
Carmi ss i on approve the request of Dennis AI exiu-ide r to rezone
property located on the east side of 99 East Frontage Road,
202 feet South of Clarksciale Road, north of Lodi from GA -40,
Genernl Agricultural to (WAP -10. Agricultural Products.

OF INTEREST TO THE CITY COUNCIL
1. Approved the Revised Tentative Map of Burgundy Village. a 5 -acre,
32 lot residential development along the future extension of Valley
and Elgin Avenues, in an area zoned R-2, Single -Family Residential
and certified the filing of a Negative Declaration by the Community
Development Director as adequate environmental documentaion on this
matter.
2. Approved the Revised Tentative Map of Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 7.

the request of Dennis Alexander to rezone property located on the east
side of 99 East Frontage Road, 202 feet south of Clarksdale Road,
north of Lodi from GA -40. General Agricultural to GA/AP-10. Agricui-
tural Products.
