I am recommending that the firm of Alexander Scheflo and Associates be retained for the purpose of designing and laying out an air conditioning system for the Hale Park Recreation Center Building, which would Include the provisions on the attached proposal, as well as plans, specifications, 3rawings, and necessary: permits so that the project can be put out to formal bid. Design and layout of the air-conditioning system for the building modification. 2. Required drawings a-nd specifications for the above-mentioned work, to include City of Lodi bu-ilding permit. 3. Provision of required Architectu=ral and Structural design for location of air-conditioning units on the South en -d of the building. 4. On-site coordination with existing conditions and-in-terfacing with new mechanical equipment and systems. 5. An Energy Study for the building, in:c Wding recommendations for building insulation, and a completed Energy Form acceptable to the requirements of the Building Department. 6 Provision for on-site inspections during construction, including reports. Our fee for this proposed professional service can be handled in different ways.
