That the City Council engage the services of Psomas s � Associates, Engineering Consultants, for the preparation of the Eastside Y _ Moratorium Water Study for the total cost of $141,000. Harold Welborn, with Psomas & Associates, is presently designing the City's 1 water tank re replacement and was the p project engineer for the City's past z Water ,System Master Plan _ } The work to be performed is shown on.the attached Scope of Work. This study of the City's domestic and fire protection systems on the east side will be included in the Eastside Moratorium E1R`being prepared by the firm of Jones b x Stokes.
