CCNMISSION City Manager Peterson presented the following Planning
REPORT Commission Report of the Planning Ccmirnission Meeting of
March 10, 1986.

ITH4S OF INTEREST 1. Conditionally approved the request of Robert Morris,
c/o Morris and Wenell, Architects and Planners,
Inc., on behalf of the Lakeshore Meadows Group for the
approval of the Tentative Subdivision Map of Lakeshore
Meadows Condominiums, Lot 1, a 6.36 acre, 78 -unit
residential project proposed for the north side of
Sylvan Way, westerly of South Mills Avenue (i.e.
2080 Sylvan Way), in an area zoned P -D (24), Planned
Development District No. 24.
In a related matter the Planning Commission certified
the filing of a Negative Declaration as adequate
environmental documentation on this project.
2. Conditionally approved the request of Robert Morris,
c/o Morris and Wenell, Architects and Planners,
Inc., on behalf of the Lakeshore Meadows Group for
the approval of the Tentative Subdivision map of
Lakeshore Meadows Condominiums, Lot 2, a 6.53 acre,
74 unit residential project proposed for the south
side of Sylvan way, between South Mills Avenue and
Sage Way (i.e. 2081 Sylvan Way), in an area zoned
P -D (24), Planned Development District No. 24.
In a related matter the Planning Commission certified
the filing of a Negative Declaration as adequate
environmental documentation on this project.
3. Conditionally approved the request of Glen I.
Baumbach, c/o Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting
Engineers, on behalf of Park West, a Limited
Partnership for the renewal of the Tentative
Subdivision Map of Park West, an 88 -acre, 383 unit,
single-family project on the west side of Lower
Sacramento Road in an area zoned P -D (23), Planned E
Development District No. 23.
4. Conditionally approved the request of Bond -
Dougherty, Inc., on behalf of Roy Inick and
General Mills, Inc. for the approval of a Tentative
Parcel Map to join Lots 7 and 8, Ferdun and Woods
Industrial Park, (1102 and 1122 Industrial 'lay) in an
area zoned M-1, Light Industrial.
5. Conditionally approved the request of Kenneth
Glantz, c/o Glantz-Diemler and Associates,
Consulting Civil Engineers, on behalf of J. W.
Properties for the approval of a Tentative Parcel Map
to divide the remainder of the Meadows Subdivision
into four parts with Parcel "A" containing 26.2 acres,
Parcel "B" - 1.98 acres, Parcel "C" - 2.81 acres, and
Parcel "D" -2.34 acres in an area bounded on the north
by Kettleman Lane, on the south by Century Boulevard,
westerly of south Mills Avenue which is zoned P -D
(24), Planned Developnent District No. 24.

1. Conditionally approved the request of Robert Morris, c/o Morris and Wenell,
Architects and Planners, Inc., on behalf of the Lakeshore Meadows Group for
the approval of the Tentative Subdivision Map of Lakeshore Meadows
Condominiums, Lot 1, a 6.36 acre, 78 -unit residential project proposed for
the north side of Sylvan Way, westerly of South Mills Avenue (i.e. 2080
Sylvan Way), in an area zoned P -D (24), Planned Development District Nc. 24.
In a related matter the Planning Commission certified the filing of a
