Plans and specifications for the project. 2. Trails have been brushed out as per plan. 3. Water line and service road have been completed. o Varbecue area at Hughes Beach is being installed to include: a> Large barbecue pit b. Cement pad with tables to accommodate 50 people and siic tables. C. Seven tables placed in the area at random or to be used in conjunction with those on the pad which are stationary. 5. Paved parking area on Hughes Beach for ten cars, mainly to service the picnic area groups so that they can park close to unload their goods. 60 'later to irrigate the area. 7. The following; are to be installed: a. Two horseshoe courts at Hughes Beach. b. One volleyball court on grass only. a. Chain, wood sign, etc., designating entrance to the Wilderness Area. Having accomplished the above, there will stall be a balance in this account of state or federal monies. I have consequently received permission from State authorities to purchase play equipment for Lodi Lake'Park with the balance of funds. I therefore recommend the following: Naturevil_e VII 4 -deck system, Model #144-562 $7,650.00 plus tax {see attached} This equipment will be installed on the south side the present equipment is located, which inciden as �+rr-Ln f r more years than I can remember. a f;d e ene etti, i.rector Recreation and Parks Dept, Attach. eGa� CIL M s TO THE CITY COUNCIL FROM: THE CITY MANAGINI OFFICE SUMIre-T ENGLISH OAKS COMMONS DATE P40. FEBRUARY 27, 1981 There is sufficient monies in the City reserve, monies received from the developer, to install the following play equipment at the above facility. There have also been several inquiries by residents of the area as to when this might be accomplished; consequently, we are recommending the following equipment be purchased: 1, Baseball Backstop, full covered to protect housing adjacent the play field. Outdoor Products Model #44 20 Play Platforms, as per auto diagram Timberforr, #4025 30 1 set Mini--S%.,.ings, A316 steal 40 1 Bike Rack Est. cost $3,600000 Est. cost 5,000.00 300.00 irn nn TOTAL Est. cost $9,050900 Please see attached photos and prints for example of type of equipment recommended.
