Council was apprised that this is a one . lot condominium subdivision being developed by PHEASANT RUN Grupe Communities, Inc. , within the Lakeshore SUBDIVISION Village development. This subdivision will contain 49 condominium units and a common area. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This is a one lot condominium subdivision being developed y Grupe 'Communities. Inc. within the Lakeshore Village development. This subdivision will contain 49 residential condominium units and a common area. It is located on the northwest corner of Mills Avenue and Sand Creek Drive.
