with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between
the City of Lodi and Thams TAickey Construction, Inc dated
October 6. 1982 and as specifically set forth in the plans
and specifications approved by thi3 City Council. No streets
are included in the acceptance.

SUBJECT: Sand Creek Condominiums
COUNCIL COMMUNICATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting
the subdivision 5mprovements included in Tract Map No. 1810, Sand
Creek Condominiums.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Sand Creek Condominiums have
been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the
Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Thomas Luckey
Construction, Inc., dated October 6, 1982, and as specifically set
forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council.
No streets are included in the acceptance.

The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of
the City of Lodi have been complied with in connection with
the improvements of Tract Map No. 1810, Sand Creek
Condominiums, which map was filed 10-29-82 in Volume 26. Page
55 Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 84-023 was passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in
a regular meeting held March 7. 1984 by the following
vote:
Ayes: Council Members - Reid, Murphy, Snider,
Pinkerton • Olson (Mayor)
Noes: Council Members - None
Absent: Council Members - None

SUJO ECT: Acceptance of Sand Creek Condominiums
The City Council of the City of Lodi at its meeting of March 7, 1984,
accepted the public subdivision improvements that were made in the above
subdivision.
Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the
resolution accepting the water and electrical systems installed within the
subdivision. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the public improvements installed.
A copy of this letter. will be sent to your bonding agency in order that the
bond covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The bond covering
labor and materials will have to remain in effect for a period of 90 days
from the date of the resolution in conformance with the requirements of the
State of California and Subdivision Map Act.
A release of contractual conditions affecting real property has been
prepared for recordation. Please provide the City Clerk with a check
payable to the San Joaquin Recorder's Office in the amount of $7.00, and we
will submit the release for recordation. This will eliminate the
encumbrance on the property. A stamped self-addressed envelope is enclosed
for your convenience.
