CONSISTENCY WI TH THE COAL PLAN
Ordinance No. 1374 entitled, "Ordinance Amending the Official District Map of
the City of Lodi and Thereby Rezoning a Parcel at 1127 Industrial Way Fran R-1,
Single -Family Residential to M-1, Light Industrial, to bring it into
Consistency With the General Plan" was introduced by the Lodi City Council at
its Regular Meeting of February 19, 1986.
The Ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.
Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City Caancil
to adopt Ordinance No. 1374.

ORDINANCE AMENDA '3C THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT
MAP OF THE CITY OF ICDI AND THEREBY
REZONING A PARCEL AT 1127 INDUSTRIAL WAY
FIM R-1, SDAaE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO *-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, TO BR -IM IT D=
OCNSISTEWY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the City Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended by
rezoning the parcel at 1127 Industrial Way frcm R-1, Single -Family
Residential to M-1, Light Industrial, to bring it into consistency with
the General Plan.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said Official District Map
of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City
Planning ac mission and by the City Council of this City after public
bearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code
of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable
thereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
