BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Bowers Company of Stockton on May 19, 1982 in the amount of $23,709.00. The contract has been completed in sub- stantial conformance with the plans and specifications zpproved by the City Council. The contract completion date was August 7, 1982, and the actual completion date is February 22, 1983• The final contract price is $25,052.40. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was August 7, 1982 and the actual completion date is February 15, 1983. The final contract price was $20,978.83.
