BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This project includes the installation of a block wall, driveway and miscellaneous improvements at Well 6R in Blakely Park. The enclosure is completely covered with steel orating to prevent access. This project was shown in the 1986 Capital Improvement Program as being funded with Community Development Block Grant Funds. It appears sufficient funds will not be available and it is recommended that an appropriation be made from the Water Capital Outlay Fund. Jatk Q. Bid date to be established by staff as soon as possible alternates have been evaluated. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This project includes the installation of approxi- mately 2700 LF of " high fencing around the stadium rim and ramps. The at- tached. map shows the location of the proposed fencing. Specifications will include alternate fence bids. In addition to the standard 48" high chain link fencing, the City will also be receiving bids on higher quality and more permanent type installations. t,,u gel"L ack .
