ments of the Development Agreement between the

in the plans and specifications approved by the
City Council.
On recommendation of the City Manager, Council
adopted the following resolution:

RESOLUTION .ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS AND STREET
AT 203 HOUSTON LANE
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds-
I- That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the
City of Lodi have been complied with in connection with the improve-
ments of Tract Map No. 628, Westway, which :nap was filed May 4,
1962 in Volume 16, Page 88, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin
County Records.
20 That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has
not been revoked.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: The City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
improvements and street at 203 Houston Lane.
BACKGRO'-'AD INFORMATION: Development improvements at 203 Houston Lane
have been completed In fibstantial conformance with the requirements of
the Development Agreement between the City of Lodi and Alton and Dione
Brinlee, dated February 18, 1981, and as specifica!ly sit forth in the
plans and specifications approved by the City Council.
