PGandE also has requested authorization to include carrying costs on take -or -pay payments for gas, in the GAC. The proposed ratea would increase PGandE's gas revenues about 7.9 percent or $153.5 million for the six-month period t April 1,. 1982 to September 31, 1982. The increase will not raise PGandE's Gas Department rate of return above the level of 12.2 percent last found just and reasonable for PGandE's ` Gas Department by the California Public Utilities Commission.
