1987 pertaining to a rent hike at the Lodi Grape Festival

$1,400 a month. Following an inquiry by Council NSelntx--r
Snider, City Manager Peterson reported that information was
not correct, in fact, utility bills in the aggregate for

unable to make any surplus monev
to pay for improvemeias. Stewart
said.
