These billboards are located at various entrances to the City. The following is the location description, rates and effective date for the outdoor Adver- tising structures being offered by 3M National Advertising. The cost for these poster panels in 1980 amounted to $561.10. Under the terms of these contracts, the City would be able to redesign these boards, and, as in the past, the kodi District Chamber of Commerce has indicated it mould like to work with the City in reviewing the final design work. In the past, charges for these billboards, at the direction of the Council, have been made to the City Beautification Fund. ALICE M.
