1. that mater and sewer services, to the new lot, be paid for and
installed at the time a Building Permit is requested, rind
2. that a small amount of damaged sidewalk on Church Street be
removed and replaced at the time of construction of the
dwelling on the new lot.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of the Lot Line Adjustment map
which was circulated by our office.
After the City Council approves your request you or your representative
request a copy of the approved map and Council Resolution from the
City Clerk, These documents should be recorded by you at the County
Recorder's Office.

The Lodi Community Development Department has completed its
review
of your request for a Lot Line Adjustment between

Church Street to make 1025 South Church Street a
buildable
lot
in an
area zoned R-2® Single -Family Residential.
Our office will be recommending approval of your
request to
the
City
Council at its meeting of Wednesdays February 4.
