SUBJECT: Adobe Court
COUNCIL COMMUNICATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map and subdivision
documents for Tract No. 1877, Adobe Court, and direct the City Manager and City
Clerk to sign the subdivision ag-reement and map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND MFO.RMATION: Bennett Development, Inc. and "licentennial Builders, Inc.,
the developers of Adobe Court, have furnished the City with the necessary agreemen=ts,
improvement securities and fees for the proposed subdivision. This is a 13: -lot
subdivision located on the east side of South Church Street. The area is zoned
R-MD,and the developer is proposing to construct duplexes and triplexes in this
subdivision.
