The motion carried by unanimous vote. MEMORANDUM TO City Clerk DATE: December 29, 1980 FROM: Finance Director SUBJECT: Amendment to Resolution 3125 and 2160 I have been advised by the -Department of Motor Vehicles that rear window stickers are illegal. We have been instructing customers to place them. -,on the rear bumper or, if no rear bumper, then somewhere that is visible from the rear of the vehicle (not nec- essar.ilg therear window}. I -suggest that the resolution(s) wording be changed to indicate the rear.bumper as the appropriate location to affix permits.. The meters herein provided for on the east , 34 feet of said lot shall provide parking at the rate of five cents an hour for a maximum of five hours. FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi that subsection f. of Section 5 of Resolution No. 2160 be and the same is hereby amended to read in full as follows: f. Pursuant to Section 10 of Ordinance No. 622 there is hereby established on the west 196 feet of Parking Lot No. 5 above described 108 parking spaces that shall be rented on a monthly charge payable in advance.
