January 14, 1982 Attached hereto is a copy of Chapter 522 of the Statutes of 1981-82 rich would permit tha Police Department to cite vehicles for parking in handicapped parking spaces in private parking lots and publically-owned parking lots, without the requirement of an ordinance or resolution of the City desig- nating said publically or privately -awned parking lots.
