Council was apprised that Qvirantee Savings, the Developers
of Bec)ntFin Park Villa, Unit No. 2, has furnished the City
with the necessary Agreements, Inprovement Securities and
Fees for the proposed subdivision. This is a one -lot
condcminium subdivision located on Century Boulevard, West
of Beckman Park Unit No. 1. Unit No. 2, which is the last
phase of a two -lot condominium development, will contain 37
residential un;.ts.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map and
subdivision documents for Tract No. 1884, Beckman Park Villa, Unit #2,
and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to sign the subdivision
agreements and map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Guarantee Savings, the developers of Beckman
Park Villa, Unit 2, have furn'Ished the City with the necessary agreements,
improvement securities and fees for the proposed subdivision. This is a
one -lot condominium subdivision located on Century Boulevard, west of
Beckman Park, Unit #I.
Unit 112, which is the last phase of a 2 -lot condominium development,
will contain 37 residential units.
