RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
Subdivision Improvements and streets included in Tract Map No. 1824, Beckman
Park Villa Subdivision.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Beckman Park Villa Subdivision have
been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Sub-
division Agreement between the City of Lodi and Guarantee Savings, dated
September 8, 1982, and the Agreement Addendum dated September 8, 1982, and
as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the
City Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

SUBJECT: Beckman Park Villa
The City Council of the City of Lodi at its meeting of January 18, 1984,
accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in Beckman
Park Villa.
Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the
resolution accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the
public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the
subdivision. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed.
We are reassignin the Passbook Account covering faithful performance
(letter following . The Passbook Account covering labor and materials will
be reassigned 90 days after the date of the resolution in conformance with
the requirements of the State of California and Subdivision Map Act.
The final 10% payment for the City's portion of the street work will be
forwarded to you in approximately 30 days.
